Activity Description

Narrative

Surveillance began 2130 hrs. Observed white Transit van arrive at location. Two males exited, checked surroundings. Three young females exited rear of van, appeared disoriented. Males directed females to Room 114. Females did not speak, avoided eye contact. One female had visible bruising on wrists. Males collected phones from females before entering room. One male remained outside as apparent lookout. Activity consistent with trafficking indicators ST-01, ST-02, ST-05.
